Mrs. Burnell was born in Tampa, FL and moved to Orlando in her middle school years. She has two children, Ashleigh, 9 and Ryan 5. Kim has been active with the toddler program for 3 years (Sunflower and Butterfly rooms). She completed a Travel Agent Program at Mid-Fla Tech in 1996, attended Valencia Community College from 1986-1988, has her 40 hour childcare certification and has attended various toddler workshops. “I believe that toddlers deserve to be respected and nurtured and I make sure each one experiences that in my class.” Her goal is to create a positive experience for each child as well as her own children at MWS. Her leisure activities include reading, scrap booking and spending time with her children.
