Mrs. Lisa Marku is the Language Arts teacher for the Upper Elementary Panther Class. She earned her BA and MA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Greensboro. A world traveler, Mrs. Marku brings extensive experience to the Panther Class through her public school teaching career and provides the knowledge required for successful transitioning into junior high school. The Montessori approach is a true fit for her belief that the whole child, as Dr. Montessori says, deserves full and complete attention in order for a lifelong love of learning to occur.
