Ms. Feliciano was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Puerto Rico as a teenager. She moved back to New York again, stayed ten years and relocated in 2006 to Orlando, FL. Louisa worked with a construction company as an administrative assistant to a Vice President where she acquired her Human Resources skills. She then sought an opportunity career growth with a Life Insurance company as an office manager, and four years at a Food and Brokerage Firm both in Human Resources and Accounts Payable. Some of her duties were, but not limited to, Human Resources, and Payroll. She earned an AA degree in Office Automation Technology from Westchester Community College, and has database, spreadsheets, word processing and payroll certificates. She attended Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico for three years working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Her training skills include GE Financial Assurance of NY-EEO, HR & Compliance, Dean Wittier Reynolds, How to Supervise, and at the Salvation Army, Puerto Rico, training as a counselor for troubled teenagers. Her goals include completing her bachelor's degree in Human Resources and dedicating time to Bible teaching.
